Windy didn't start in a boardroom. She started on a Walmart sales floor — and over 17 years climbed into corporate operations, where she helped open and standardize more than 800 store formats across the United States.
That seat teaches what most consultants never learn: the gap between a strategy and a store opening on time.
She designed Walmart's first Brandon Hall Award-winning leadership program. Then she founded Pivotal Solutions to advise CEOs, boards and C-suite teams who want an operator, not a theorist.
Today she's CEO Monthly's Female CEO of the Year (Southern USA, 2023), international bestselling author of MOVE, and a speaker with 100+ events.
Outside Pivotal, she mentors through the Rotary Organisation, volunteers at women's shelters, and supports reintegration programs for previously incarcerated women.
